Dipping animal crackers and pretzels in this Reese's Cheesecake Dip is the best way to kick off summer. I love the cream cheese and Reese's combo - it's heavenly. I mean, who doesn't love peanut butter chocolate?
I have such a weakness for dips. Like this beer cheese dip or this peanut butter caramel dip - they are all good.
The best part about this dip? You could also pour into a graham cracker crust, top with whipped cream and serve as a no-bake cheesecake!
Reese's Cheesecake Dip
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup Reese's Spread
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
In a mixing bowl, beat whipping cream, gradually increasing speed. Once it is stiff and forming soft peaks, blend in powdered sugar, a half cup at a time. Add the Reese's spread combine. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until all combined.
Place in a bowl with a lid and refrigerate until set/chilled. Serve with animal crackers, pretzels, vanilla wafers or cookies. Could also top with mini-Reese's cups!
This could also put put into a graham cracker pie crust and served as a no-bake cheesecake! Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate.
