Next time you have a girls night or have other couples over, why not make it a movie night! This can make for a laid back evening and after a long work week, it might be just what you need to relax. Order a couple pizza's, make some popcorn, sit back and relax.

Easy Caramel Corn Kit
Preparing the Kit
1 bag microwave popcorn*
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
8 large marshmallows
2 small baggies
1 large baggie or gift bag
gift tag with instructions
4 tablespoons butter (not included in kit)
Prepare the ingredients by placing the brown sugar in a one of the small baggies and the marshmallows in the other. Open up a large baggie or gift bag and put your bag of microwave popcorn, baggie of brown sugar, baggie with marshmallows, and the instructions for making. Close up the gift bag and it's ready to go.
*I like to use butter flavored microwave popcorn, standard size bag. But you could use plain, light, or whatever you have on hand.

Instructions to Include in the Kit
The instructions could be printed out and placed in the bag, or handwritten on an index card or in a Thank You card.

Just add 4 tablespoons butter and you'll have yummy caramel corn in minutes!
- Pop microwave popcorn according to package directions.
- Place in a large bowl and remove the unpopped kernels.
- In a medium microwave safe bowl, place brown sugar, marshmallows, and 4 tablespoons butter (not included in kit).
- Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes and stir to mix thoroughly. Microwave for another 1 1/2 minutes. Syrup will be bubbly and HOT.
- Pour over the popped corn and mix well to coat. Best served warm while it's still gooey. Enjoy!
