Here's what typically happens in our house at dinner:

Me: I made this delicious main dish!
Jacob: Great! Where are the sides?
Me: Well the main dish took too long so that's all you get.

Most nights I'm just happy I got a main dish prepared. Jacob typically doesn't get home until 7:00 ish and after a long day at work the last thing I want to do is stand in the kitchen for hours. Plus, Henry needs lots of attention and also the Bachelor. Priorities.

I snagged a box of Barber Foods Chicken Cordon Bleu to mix things up. This dish is always delicious but goodness no, I'm not going to make it from scratch. It's super easy to prepare - remove from packaging, place on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

And guess what?

Because you just place it in the oven I had time to make a side salad and set the table like real adults. I'm so grown up.

This was the perfect meal. The chicken was super tender and the gooey cheese was delightful. We're going to have the Broccoli & Cheese next. We're calling it #BarberNight.

Find these delicious chicken breasts in the freezer section at your local grocery store. Here's a coupon to try it for yourself!

Okay, I have to go do other adult things. Like pay my taxes.
