Brownie Batter Dip
Chocolate covered strawberries are so last year. You know what's cool? Strawberries dipped in Brownie Batter Dip. And, now you have the recipe just in time for Valentine's Day.
This dip is addictive and tastes so much like brownie batter it's scary. It's not just for Valentine's Day; it's perfect for Super Bowl Sunday, a girls night, a party, or a Tuesday.
You probably have the ingredients in your kitchen so go back this now. Go!
Brownie Batter Dip
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 1/2 cup powdered sugar
5 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 cup chocolate chips (regular or mini, milk or dark)
Serve with strawberries, pineapple, pretzels, vanilla wafers, cookies, etc.
Using a stand mixer, mix the cream cheese and the butter until smooth. Add in the brown sugar, cocoa powder, flour, vanilla, salt, and 1 tablespoon milk. Mix until combined.
Gradually add the powdered sugar one cup at a time. Add in another tablespoon of milk. Beat until smooth. Depending on your desired consistency, add additional milk and/or powered sugar.
Stir in chocolate chips. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with strawberries, pineapple, pretzels, vanilla wafer, cookies, etc.
