3 Ingredient No Churn Chocolate Ice Cream

3 Ingredient No Churn Chocolate Ice Cream

I'm not a huge ice cream fan, but every now and then I get a craving for it. When I discovered that ice cream was this easy I had to make it. Like right that minute.

I won't lie, I was a little skeptical that this would taste good.

But it's good, super good. And it tastes VERY similar to a Wendy's Frosty - the creaminess and chocolate, it's perfect.

Now I just need some french fries. Who else likes to dip french fries in their frosty? I doubt I'm the only one...right?

You've go to try this!

3 Ingredient No Churn Chocolate Ice Cream

16 ounces heavy whipping cream
14 ounce sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chocolate fudge topping (I used Aldi's Berryhill Hot Fudge Topping)

In the bowl of a stand mixer, with the whisk attachment, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form, about three minutes. Pour in the condensed milk and chocolate fudge. Gently fold into whipped cream until well combined. Pour into a freezer safe container and store in the freezer until the chocolate ice cream firms, at least 4 hours or overnight.
