Double Dipped Pretzel Chips (PB and Chocolate)

Double Dipped Pretzel Chips - (Reece's PB Chips and Chocolate Chips) - quick and easy treat for the Holidays!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We were in Nebraska with the family; it was a great visit and we had lots of food. I did make my Dixie Pie and Pumpkin Pie. Both were big hits!

Ginny and I are taking on Christmas Parties this week. After eating all weekend, it was hard for me to get in the kitchen and make a big dessert. I'm guessing this is the case for a lot of you in this season of eating. It kinda worked out perfectly because these Double Dipped Pretzel Chips are super easy to make, look fancy, but won't put you in a sugar coma (I don't think so anyway). I think these would be a nice little snack to take to a work party, friends get-together, or any Christmas party you might attend.

And, Ginny is sharing another perfect outfit for the occasion. I think she's up to 3 vests now and she has been showing so many different ways to wear each. I might need to hop on the vest bandwagon...we'll see.

Fur vest, pattern shirt, cuffed jeans, cute shoes - perfect outfit for a casual Christmas Party

Now, go make these pretzels! ;)

Double Dipped Pretzel Chips - (Reese's PB Chips and Chocolate Chips) - quick and easy treat for the Holidays!

Double Dipped Pretzel Chips

1 cup Reese's Peanut Butter Chips
1 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, semi-sweet, or almond bark)
30-40 Pretzel Crisps

Place peanut butter chips in a microwave save bowl and cook for 40 second bursts (stirring between each bust) until melted and smooth. Dip pretzel crisps in the peanut butter. The mixture will still be pretty thick; use a spatula to scrape off excess. Only cover about 3/4 of the pretzel crisps so the pretzel still shows. Set peanut butter dipped pretzels on a baking mat or waxed paper to set for 5-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, place chocolate in a microwave save bowl and cook for 30 second bursts (stirring between each burst) until chocolate is smooth. Pick up peanut butter dipped pretzels and dip in melted chocolate. I dipped to right below the peanut butter line so you could still see the peanut butter. Set pretzels back on the baking mat to set; 10-15 minutes.

After chocolate has set, drizzle any leftover chocolate over each pretzel to make them a little fancier.

Store in an airtight container. Makes about 30-40 pretzel chips.
