I declare these to be the best cookies ever! Seriously, they are amazing. All the credit goes to Ashton of Something Swanky. She is the genius behind this recipe. I made them back in October and knew they would make a perfect May Day treat for my co-workers.
I reallllly wanted to make everyone their own little May Day Basket but then I remembered I work with adults and they might just think I'm weird...weirder.
The only change I made this time around was with the extras. Instead of chocolate and butterscotch chips I went with a 1/2 cup chopped Reece's Peanut Butter Cups and a 1/2 cup chopped Milk Chocolate.
Not that I know from personal experience or anything but....the dough is just as good as the cookie. You've been warned.
