A Day in the Life with #FruitsMax

This shop is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group™ and FruitsMax but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #fruitsmax  http://cmp.ly/3/8vNxcO

Something you might not know about me: Jacob and I take a series of vitamins/supplements every day to help us stay healthy. And, knock on wood, I don't remember the last time I was sick and had to take medicine. My hubby is also a chiropractor; I credit the supplements and my regular chiropractic adjustments for keeping me healthy and happy.

Sidebar: Let's chat Jacob for a sec. Isn't he handsome!?! #handsoffhesmine Dr. Fanders is the best chiropractor in the world. He see's lots of patients each week. Their clinic also provides a wide range of supplements and essential oils so Jacob is well versed in the options available.

One of the newest supplements we just added to our regiment is FruitsMax. FruitsMax provides us with our daily-recommended amount of fruits while boosting our immune system and promoting digestion. It's also a probiotic which provides us with "good" bacteria and kills the "bad" bacteria in our bodies. Plus, it a chewable pill that tastes just like a fruit rollup.

Focusing on our health is sometimes tough with our work schedules; we both have full-time jobs, have to care for our fur-baby, Henry, keep up with my blog, and maintain a 'somewhat' clean home.

Here's a little glimpse into my day and how Jacob and I make sure to focus on our health throughout the day...

5:15 AM
Wake up and head down to feed Mr. Henry. We usually play a little fetch while watching the morning news. I always tell Henry it's time for me to get ready for work and I get this look. Everytime.

5:50 AM
Get ready for work, check my email, review my social media pages, make sure schedule post went live and links all work.

7:00 AM
Make breakfast and pack lunches. Jacob and I eat lunch together a few times a week so I sometime pack a lunch for both of us. Breakfast is almost always a few eggs whites cooked in the microwave and a piece of toast with peanut butter. I also put ketchup on my eggs...just just a little bit. After breakfast I take my first FruitsMax supplement and a vitamin D and C supplement.

7:20 AM
Leave for work and usually listen to my favorite radio show or pretend I'm a really good singer and play my favorite songs on Spotify. Oh, and I almost always chat with my sister since we are both driving at the same time! I don't mind my commute most days; it's an easy drive and gives me time to prepare for the day.

8:00 AM
Bring on the work day! I do sit at a desk for the better part of the work day so I make sure to get up and walk around (for my own sanity) often. I always have a glass of ice water at my desk; it's safe to say I easily drink my 8 cups a day.

12:30 PM
If it's a day I eat with Jake, he heads over to my office and we hide out in an empty conference room for lunch. I highly recommend this, if possible in your world, it's so nice to chat with each other mid-day and away from all the distractions at home. I also take this time to check my social media channels and respond to any comments. Our lunch is either leftovers from the night before or sandwiches. If it's been a long day, we will sometimes turn to a Total-B supplement for a boost in energy. I won't lie, I need to be better at trying the Total-B before rushing to a pop for a caffeine fix.

5:00 PM
Time to go home!! I always go right home to rescue Mr. Henry from his day in the kennel. Like clock work, he starts barking as soon as I open the door from the garage. The barking subsides after a couple minutes and Henry sits and waits for me to come see him. Here's Henry when it's time for his dinner...

Henry and I spend the next couple of hours playing fetch, cuddling, and watching TV. He's still very much a puppy so he needs a lot of attention. He does, however, LOVE being outside so when it's nice out he will happily play outside while I pick up the house, start tomorrow blog post, bake, take pictures, etc.

7:30 PM ish
Jake usually gets home between 7:00 and 8:00. If we're grilling out (which is often) I wait to start dinner until he gets home; he's the grill master. Otherwise, I'll have dinner ready when he gets home. This is when Jacob takes most of his supplements. I prefer to break up so I don't take sooo many at once; I take another vitamin C, my FruitsMax, and my multi-vitamin.

Till 10 ish
The rest of the evening is spent hanging out with Henry. Jacob usually works on his patient notes for an hour or so. Once he's done I can finish up my blog post, spend some time on social media, and plan for future posts. I'm usually pretty spent by 10 so I head to bed.....and then I do it all over again the next day.
